| As advisers to the National
Trust and other bodies responsible for fine historic buildings
and statuary we are called upon to design and lead training
programmes. The National Trust in particular has commissioned
Cliveden Conservation to run the residential Lime Mortars
course at Lacock Abbey on annual basis since 1992.

|
Other National Trust
courses include regional mortars courses, the annual
residential course on the care of decorative stone and
plaster for their house staff, and the regional maintenance
of garden statuary courses.
Cliveden staff have lectured regularly at training institutions
including West Dean College, City and Guilds College
of London and Bournemouth University.
