| Cliveden has developed it’s
skills in conservation and restoration of medieval and Victorian
brickwork since involvement in conservation works at Hampton
Court Palace. Works have included the design and provision
of new replacement bricks manufactured using traditional methods
to match existing and employing traditional construction techniques
and lime mortar and pointing.

Cliveden was the only
company to respond to the challenge of re-constructing
the 110 metre Victorian Daisy Chain Wall with embellishments
at Wardown Park in Luton.
Other significant works include re-construction of
brick chimneys at St Andrew’s Hall in Reading
and at the Manor House, Dauntsey’s School near
Devizes.
